AWES Eligibility Criteria:
The Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) has announced 8700 vacancies in the Army Public Schools across India.
The candidates need to submit their online application form to sit for the screening test or entrance examination.
However, before submitting the online application form, candidates should go through the eligibility criteria to ensure they are eligible for the recruitment process. The candidates should have the minimum educational qualifications and they must fall within the age limit bracket prescribed by the AWES.

AWES Qualification for PGT TGT PRT Exam: Educational
The candidates can check out the minimum qualifications prescribed by the AWES for the recruitment of PRT/TGT/PGT posts in the Army Public Schools. In case the candidates fail to comply with the eligibility criteria then their candidature will be subjected to disqualification.

Note:
- CTET/TET conducted by state governments is mandatory for TGTs/PRTs to be appointed Regular/Contractual. Others found fit in all other respects may be appointed on an ‘Adhoc’ basis till the attainment of qualification. However, CTET/TET is not mandatory for appearing in the CSB Screening exam.
- For TGT Applicants Higher qualifications (with 50% marks) shall be accepted provided the main subject is common.

Army Public School Exam Date 2022
Age limit for AWES Army Public School PGT TGT PRT Exam:
Candidates with and without experience can apply for the Army Public School Exam 2022. The candidates with the required minimum education qualification for the exam must fall within the Age limit for AWES Army Public School PGT TGT PRT exam bracket.
As of 01 April 2021:
(i) Fresh Candidates: Below 40 years (except for Delhi schools where TGT/PRT should be less than 29 yrs and PGT less than 36 years)
(ii) Experienced Candidates (Should have minimum 5 years teaching experience in the last 10 years): Below 57 years (in the case of Delhi 40 Yrs)
