Nabard Recruitment 2022:NABARD Grade A 2022 Notification 2022
- NABARD Grade A Officer Notification 2022 will be released on 16th July 2022 for the vacancies of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ and Manager Grade B in the RDBS in NABARD.
- Online application along with requisite fee must be submitted from 17th July 2022 and the last date to apply online is 7 August 2022.
- Application Form submitted in any other mode will not be accepted.

The NABARD Grade A 2022 exam will be completed in three phases namely 2022 phase I, Phase II & Phase III exams.

Note:
- The NABARD Prelims Exam is only of qualifying nature so the marks will not be counted in the final selection.
- Candidates who shall clear the sectional Cutoff, as well as the overall Cutoff, will appear for NABARD Mains Exam.
- The calling ratio of selection for the Main exam after the prelims exam shall be 1:25.

Note:
- Paper-I is common for all the posts.
- Paper-II is different depending on the posts and streams.
- Those shortlisted candidates who meet the cutoff marks will be called for interview.
- The calling ratio of selection for the Interview comparatively with the mains exam shall be 1:5.
Phase-III: Interview
- A candidate who will qualify for the Mains exam and hence meet the requirement of cutoff marks will be called for the Interview.
- The interview will be of 25 marks.
- Mainly, it is a personality test held to check the mental ability which determines the candidates’ suitability for the post.

NABARD Grade A 2022 Selection Process
- The selection will be made on the basis of an online written examination and Interview round.
- There are a total of three phases in the exam out of which Phase-I is of qualifying nature whereas Phase-II and Phase-III are of selective nature.
- For the post of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS/Rajbhasha/Legal).
- The final selection and ranking of the applicants will be based on their performance in the Mains online written exam and Interview, taken together.
