RPF Constable 2022 Exam

The RPF Constable Recruitment exam will be held online through Computer Based Test (CBT), all the candidates that will qualify in the CBT Exam will be called for further Physical and Medical Tests and Document Verification.The question paper for the RPF Constable Recruitment will be divided into three parts, General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence and Reasoning.

RPF Constable Exam Pattern 2022

The RPF Constable 2022 Exam will be held in four phases as follows:

PHASE I

Phase I will consist of the online Computer Based Test.

• It will be for 60 Marks
• The candidate will get 45 minutes to answer all the questions
• Minimum Marks to qualify are for General, OBC category is 35% and for SC/ST is 30%

PHASE II

The candidates qualifying Phase I will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT).

PHASE III

In this Phase candidates qualifying in Phase II will be tested for the particular Trade they have applied for (Trade Test), under which the candidates have to perform the particular Trade they have applied for.

• This test will be of 40 Marks
• The qualifying Marks for Trade Test

PHASE IV

The candidates qualifying in all the III Phases will be called for the verification of the documents

RPF Constable Selection Process 2022

RPF Constable 2022 Exam Selection Process is given below.

Phase I of RPF Constable Exam 2022:

Computer Based Test (CBT)

RPF Constable 2022 Exam Candidate applying for RPF Constable Exam has to take a Computer Based Test (CBT) in Phase I.

• CBT will consist of 60 questions
• 20 marks for General Awareness questions
• 20 marks for Arithmetic questions, and
• 20 marks for General Intelligence & Reasoning questions
• The Candidates will be given 45 minutes to answer all the questions
• The level of questions in this test will be of Metric (10^th class)
• Each question will be of 1 (one) Mark and Negative marking will be present for wrong answers
• 1/3 (0.33) marks will be deducted for every wrong answer
• No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions
• Candidates have an option to choose their preferred language for RPF Constable Exam (CBT)
• The languages in which the exam is going to be conducted are:
• Hindi
• English
• Tamil
• Urdu
• Konkani
• Kannada
• Marathi
• Gujarati
• Punjabi
• Malayalam
• Telugu
• Bengali
• Odia
• Assamese
• Manipuri

In order to qualify the CBT, the candidate have to obtain at least 35% marks for General, OBC, and 30% for SC and ST category.

Phase II of RPF Constable 2022:

Physical Efficiency and Measurement Test (PET & PMT)

Phase II of the RPF Constable Exam will consist of Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

• All the candidates qualifying CBT exam will be called for PET and PMT
• Passing PET and PMT is mandatory for the candidates
• The Candidates will be tested by following Physical Activities

• Candidates will only have one chance to qualify for 800 meters run
• For High Jump and Long Jump, the Candidates will be given two chances
• Candidates who will qualify the 800 meters will be eligible for PMT
• In the Physical Measurement Test, the measurement of height and chest of the candidates will be taken.
• Qualifying Measurement for the Physical Measurement Test

• No marks will be awarded for both the PMT & PET, if a candidate qualifies all the Physical Activities and Physical Measurement, then they will qualify for the further recruitment process

Phase III of RPF Constable Exam 2022:

Trade Test

All the candidates qualifying Phase II will be called for Phase III. In 3^rd phase of the RPF Constable Exam, the candidate will be tested for the particular trade they are applying for.

• The Trade Test will be of 40 marks
• The qualifying marks for the Trade Test for General and OBC is 40% and SC/ST is 35%
• Candidates applying for the Trade of Barber and Cobbler will have to bring their own tools for the test

General Awareness

This section of the syllabus for the RPF Constable Exam will consist of 20 marks in the question paper.

General Awareness will consist of questions related to

Arithmetic

This section of the syllabus for the RPF Constable Exam will consist of 20 marks in the question paper.
