SSC CGL Syllabus 2023 :

SSC (Staff Selection Commision) has revised SSC CGL Exam Pattern 2023 along with Syllabus. The SSC CGL syllabus is divided into two Parts . Tier 1 is mainly screening exams to appear in Tier 2. Rank is decided based on marks in Tier 2. Detailed SSC CGL syllabus to plan a full-proof strategy to score good marks in the particular exam is the merit-deciding tier.
SSC CGL Syllabus 2023 includes topics of various Static GK, History, Geography, Polity, English,etc. SSC CGL 2023 exam will have only 2 tiers. SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 has one paper with four sections, and Tier 2 consists of three papers

SSC CGL Syllabus for General Awareness :
SSC CGL General Awareness Questions will be aimed at testing the candidates’ general awareness of the environment around them and its application to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its 20 neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Policy & Scientific Research.

SSC CGL English syllabus will contain questions like Fill in the Blanks, Idioms and Phrases, Jumbled sentences(ordering), One Word Substitution, Synonyms and Antonyms, Spellings/ Detecting Misspelt words, Common Errors, Sentence Improvement, Passage, Active Passive Voice, Sentence Rearrangement, Cloze Test, Reported Speech,Pharse Replacement.

Note- The questions in English Language, General Awareness and General Intelligence and Reasoning will be of a level commensurate with the essential qualification viz. Graduation and questions in Quantitative Aptitude will be of 10th standard level.
