- 100 meters race: 16.5 seconds for 2 marks, 15.50 seconds for 5 marks
- 400 meters Race: 36.00 seconds for 2 marks, 33.00 seconds for 5 marks
For SI and ASI Posts
- Rope Climbing: 5.0 meters for 2 marks, 6.0 meters for 5 marks
- Long Jump: 3.80 meters for 2 marks, 4.50 meters for 5 marks
- High Jump: 1.20 meters for 2 marks, 1.40 meters for 5 marks
- 100 meters Race: 15.00 seconds for 2 marks, 13.50 seconds for 5 marks
